Fundy Film Society welcomes the participation of those interested in having a voice and a hand in the growth and development of the Society and the Fundy Film series.

Membership in the Fundy Film Society is $10 per year from one Annual General Meeting (AGM) to the next. A person may join at any time throughout the year.

Note: a society membership is not needed to purchase prepaid 6-Pack or General Admission tickets.

Volunteer opportunities
Below is an outline of the many possible opportunities for volunteering with the Fundy Film Society. A dollar sign ($) before a category means you must be a paid-up member of the Fundy Film Society to hold a position. A bullet (•) in front means that we need a volunteer or volunteers to do the job this year. Ideally, we would like to have one or two backup people trained for each position. If you would like to help Fundy Film in any way, including receiving training for a specific position, please contact us.

Fundy Film Series Positions: 2009-2010

Acadia Cinema Cooperative Liaison: Bill Zimmerman / Susan Hauer – coordinates communication with the theatre
Acadia University Campus Liaison: Rachel Brickner – represents FFS and helps with campus strategy and tasks
Box Office Manager: Noemi Volovics – readies cash boxes for all screenings; counts and records screening takes; faxes and mails cheques and reports for distributor and Circuit; deposits money in account
Brochure: Hauer / Zimmerman
Design: Bill Zimmerman – designs the series package (tickets & all printed public relations materials)
Editing: Hauer / Zimmerman
Film Circuit Liaison: Hauer / Zimmerman – coordinates communication with the Film Circuit
Patron Contact (email and phone): Hauer / Zimmerman – patron contact for Fundy Film info
Print Traffic: Trevor Dalgleish / Zimmerman - coordinates all traffic communication; keeps track of film arrival and departure; picks up and delivers film as necessary
